I suspect demand from the US would be minimal or they want a large discount. Wayne has always seemed to allude to fact US investors are much more likely to value AVR 'correctly'. I am not sure about that.

This is a recent example of a cancelled US listing for an Australian device/biotechnology company. If TLX couldn't negotiate a 'reasonable' discount to market price for US investors to jump, I don't see how AVR has any chance.

"Given the proposed Nasdaq listing was not predicated on the need to raise capital, Telix’s management and Board of Directors have decided not to move forward with the transaction at the terms provided under current market conditions. The Company did not feel that the proposed discounts were aligned with its duty to its existing shareholders."
