    They are being quoted now with delayed settlement if a sale is made. A big gap between buyer and seller but the gap is narrowing as time passes. The consolidation may make the shares more "tradeable". At least there is no suspension from trading. They trade now as VALDB but will resume as VAL when they regain normal trading status.
