I think the risk of a dumb acquisition is quite low now. Partly because they've learnt from the dumb decisions of the past, but mostly because they don't have the means to make an acquisition without raising capital (which they're reluctant to do). Their cash balance might seem large but I don't think it is in the context of the issues I've raised.
