I would participate fully in such a CR by TGS as I and would take it as a golden opportunity (given I have cash on hand).
I can't say the same for another company I hold , ARU which is holding its hand out for money despite IMO treating its shareholders like dirt.... and offering 'sophisticated' investors huge discounts of up to 40% of the SP.
Just the act of valuing shareholder concerns and open communication has already shifted my opinion to a buy (up to $15k) of TGS, preferably through a CR.
