I mb tripple that inv. sum. from my side. But not w/o a secured businessplan for a possible cobalt plant incl. warranty, insurance and compensation clause against the construction company (tgs itself isn't able to do the design on its own as we saw now). And on the other side before I invest more I would like to see a progress that the nameplate of min. 29kt copper/year is also assured and an aisc below 1.70 (after clearance of incidents till April 2017). And last but not least we all need the commitment from the lendergroup to help tgs if it have further cash problems.. I still think that the 9.25% int.rate is too high. 7.5% would be enogh too. And they still got 50$/tonne..

I wouldn't invest one cent more if further announcements don't include well organised plans, projects or progress..
