It's says to me that they have sat around the table and worked out when they can realistically cough up the first payment. If it was not a rectifiable matter then the lenders would have probably called a default and potentially 'called it a day'.
I am reasonably confident we shall hear some details about rectification of the production issues soon. Let's hope Sampson has the goods to get us back on track.
Don't you love how the put on the bottom of these announcements 'for further information contact [email protected]' . Every time I have done that I get no reply.
