    Hi M7,

    AISC cost includes ongoing capex, which covers depreciation.

    For instance, rather than buying a machine and depreciating it, they can rent it out.
    Another example is where something breaks, for instance a drill.. ongoing capex covers wear and tear replacements.
    Depreciation is only used for accounting purposes, for calculating AISC we use ongoing capex.

    You know quite well that lenders are taking equity for interest repayments so it doesnt affect our cash flow. fml.

    According to your calculations we shouldnt have any cash at bank, in which case we are insolvent?
    Why are we still trading?

    The Perth office costs $40,000 to rent per year.. they may have a few staff and director fees. Lets say it all comes up to 1mil, thats 250k per quarter.. hardly anything to be fussed about, half a cent change in copper should cover that easy.
