Australian law dictates that if you are insolvent you cant trade.
That relates to the business and not the shares.
If we dont have enough cash to pay our debts, the directors must legally close the company and call in administrators otherwise directors can become liable for all costs after the company was deemed to be insolvent.
I think we will see a significant reduction in the AISC this quarter (under $2), yes i agree the cash at bank might still have dropped by 2mil or so to complete remedial works on the dam, but overall we should be good.
My view anyway, quarterly should be out in the next few weeks.
