They have a case here as they havent been able to continue operations due to covid restrictions so they should win this one and get there extension or a payout if they decide to give up on the site. The thing is they know theres a lot down there but wont be able to get it up if the Phillipines Govt tells them to move on. So yes, they have been unable to get access to the site to continue operations so the ball weighs heavily in GGX corner.
