As to why they are there, and as to why we, the Taxpayers are continuing to pay for them, I am at a real loss.

One has only to look at what happened with other companies the likes of CVI and where their shareholders ended up to, to see what I mean.

The point is, that even when they decide to do something and catch someone out, the culprits get away with nothing or just some sweet (Naughty boy, don't do it again) talks. AS IF !!!!

IMHO, it is just like putting a couple of young lambs in front of a starving lion, and tell him not to touch them and to leave them alone, and then walking away from them.
