Usually, and the way I understand it, iron ore is paid to the miner when it has left port and/or when it reaches international waters. But you can do your own research on that one.
As for Wise, I have got the feelings that we will not get anything at all from them. Maybe we will be able to gain their share of the JV Partnership if we are lucky, but, as for what they owe us, I very much doubt it.
One can only look as far back as possible to see what they have been like all along in getting them to fork out any money, to see what I mean.
I wish all the luck to the Administrator/Receiver in getting some money out of them though.
