    OCP could sell Star Vegas to the Thai Vendor for $200 mil, cancel the singapore litigation.

    then use the proceed to pay out the mega loan, then do a buy back up to 40 cents per share.

    it'd be a win win for everyone.

    thai vendor happy, no more litigation
    shareholders happy
    OCP happy, they get their money back.
