OCP will do whatever it is require to get their money back, even if it means jumping into bed with the Disallowed salesman Thai vendor. This is not about love, honour or pride, it is about mutual benefit.. everyone is in it for the money.
one thing is for certain, OCP and the Thai vendor will look after themselves first before others shareholders interest.
why did OCP buy more? because they probably have a plan to sell it for much more than their 6.5 cents average.
