On another matter, how could the board ever approve the use of shares as security to personal loans to Joey entities? With (assumed, may be wrong here) knowledge that if this was ever exercised that it could constitute a change of control for the company and debt financial arrangements become impacted - surely that must be a breach of either/all Joey, Board, DNA Management obligations and fudicial duties to expose the company to that sort of risk? Surely?

Thoughts?

(Now a BUY for me - not having Joey's personal issues impacting the business decisions and operations can only be a good thing to unlock value here)

Having thai vendor take controlling stake and run it profitably for the rest of us might be the second best option behind winning all the lawsuits and kicking him out and the business reverts back to normal.

The best option is long way away plus you don't know what other dirty tricks he will pulled off if you make an enemy of him
