Well well...in my opinion...although its a shock as Chris Scott did want Craig to stay...maybe Craig had other business interest to persue.

Maybe he wanted a clean swept image and not want to be associated with a sinking ship....I think we all agree that OCV has been sinking quite rapidly.

I am not sure if anyone else has been keep tabs...however...with Craig White resigning...there has been a new balance of power.

Chris Scott is now in control of the board.

    The control has shifted.

The old are now out numbered. The Chris Scott team are also now not only in control of the bord but the whole company.

    Happy times ahead folks.

As a minimum...it paves the way for the largest OCV emplyed shareholder to do his best at getting OCV to relist one day (after negotiating with 4 creditors).

Its a shame a $6 share company got to this point and Chris had to void retirement plans...but thats what we do as people...."step up to the mark".

I am grateful...beyond grateful actually....I just hope others down the track will appreciate ones efforts if we ever get OCV back on the market.

The Chris Scott "blow ins" now are in control.

Not only in control of the board...but now in control of the company.

From here folks....we can pretty clearly expect 2 outcomes.

1: OCV will try hard but not cut it and will eventually bankrupt....delist.

2: OCV will slowly get it together...say 3-4 months...and climb their way backl over the next 3-5 years.

Niether is pretty..however...3-5 years is better then delisting.

Well done Chris Scott and associates.

    Thats 2 wins now.

Not only did you guys whoosh in there and get the belegaured finncials to the ASX...now you have won power over the board and the company.

I dont know what your next stpe is...but congratulations and we are all looking forward to your next reasults.
