Its exactly stipulated this way...they don't need extra shares to dilute or money as the GE deal will catapult them to more revenue and growth...this shows confidence and good management. As for those that don't have the boredom to wait....you can chase it after it opens in the teens....smart investors buy in early on speculation not after the announcement is released....in due course
