I do not think there are any "uprampers" - more like a group of investors who would rather quietly wait and see rather than trying to make a difficult situation worse by pouncing on every announcement the company makes.

What do the downrampers hope to achieve with the constant bashing of the company? You have to wait a year to claim a capital loss (assuming we go belly up) and you have missed your chance with delisted. You are stuck here whether you like it or not.

Nothing wrong with hoping that something will turn up, whilst also being prepared for a possible loss.
