RPM Global is globally leading software service provider to the mining industry
(Originally established I think in the 1950s )
We are not going back down substantially —look at the numbers .
Growing market share and the total amount of ongoing work, SaaS model , integral to global companies.
Increasing profitability. Year on year , year after year.
RUL gets taken over is most likely and the background reason also for how management are running the show, ‘sure-ing’ up the company and also with making sure they’re rewarded whichever way .
Any takeover will be well higher than here.
Ps. Check out past successes by key management in building companies. This time they are making sure they get well paid out if were to occur .
