maybe you can buy him a new 2009 thesaraus for christmas so words like world class can appear reinvigorated in 2010 with 'universal appeal' :)
Still it is good to see them actually planning something. they have even purchased land there. It is not like things get setup overnight.
I am sure the appeal of SA over QLD is a hard thing to get over for their staff.
