Seems like the directors just wants to get it to market at any cost. They will still get paid and paid probably more if it works out... It won't matter about SOI or SP. unfortunately cause it has cost me more money than I'd hoped to lose. I didn't see this dilution coming just when it was looking like we might get a settlement soon. Not sure why they couldn't wait a few more months. Or just paid for it outright with the loans. How would you like to own half the company and watch your interest halved because of no patience... Why didn't they do this 2 years ago?
