This is the 3rd spin off from JRL for me. Made good money on EME (Uranium) & ALY(Gold). This will hopefully work in reverse, Dynamic remains the core holder of all assets with potential to spin out more assets, JRL becomes the lithium cash cow.
Personally, will invest in Dynamic shares as the spin offs it might produce 'generally' generate good returns. They don't spin off duds. If they want an asset developed they joint partner it, free carried to a certain stage and retain a healthy interest.
