    The lead manager in a vacuum said that any change required to get this over the line is taking a lot longer than his liking...

    Nothing yet is firm same as a few months ago... I feel we have 2 greedy director groups trying to pull both ends of a tug of war.. if they just stopped and came into the middle and agreed we would be gridcomm now, well funded and working on future deals...
