They are still going through the share sale agreement changes and trying to come to an agreement.. gridcomm have trials in 14 countries but no PO's he says so he cannot comment to market on anything...

He advised it is tough and the market is not good in this sector... Investors want to see more..which is obvious with all the bs that has gone on...

he said he wants a return for investors and hasn't been paid in a long time either.. so he has skin in the game but his skin is a failed oil company which was going under anyways...

50/50 terms are agreed upon...
