I dont have a firm opinion, I think yes, because
1/ no one has campaigned or called to encourage us to vote yes
2/ general apathy - not many ppl will vote, so there needs to me proportionally larger volume of No.

for that matter I voted No, but dont expect it to make difference.
franking credits - only 25% of it or 4c is fully franked if I understand and the full value is $2.26 plus franking credits? is that right? ($2.10 plus 16c divi of which 25% of franked).
