any bid would be above $4.6 to keep brookfield out of equation and with $5 bid they won’t need further extension. ifl board said it needs minimum $5 for shareholders consideration so not sure even with below $5 they will be up for further discussion. we can see if board will put forward the proposal in front of shareholders in case the bid is very close to $5.
