it clearly said they will have a binding bid in coming weeks. so the deal will be done imo. with one bidder gone it won’t be more than $5 for sure. it may be reduced by 20 to 30 cents but the good thing is it will be closed deal if insignia accepts the offer. Bain is perhaps unable to secure funding
