IFL rejected $4 offer right away but gave time for bidders when offer was $4.3 and $4.6. When offer was $5 IFL agree. I don't think that IFL will reject bid offer $4.6-$5 right away. And if offer less than $4.6 then maybe Brookfield offer are still valid.
