Pat…….I like your posts. They are informative, consistent and seem well based. So unlike a previous post by me,I accept that there will be an offer but I am trying to reconcile the current sp with an offer price of over $4.50 being accepted by board/shareholders. If an offer is coming then there must be enough leaks by now but people are concerned it is not a price that will be accepted. Otherwise there would be smart money buying to make a quick 30%.
