it just means they are still doing due diligence. I said earlier the due diligence time won’t be enough as it wont be easy to understand the business . end of the day Cc will have to make decision based on whatever they could make during this time period. good thing is they have not walked away so they are clearly interested in what they have seen so far. they may want to know more but then who knows where it will end. they may want state is definitely they are interested and deciding on offer to whether to walk away for $5 or not
