$4 was rejected already. $4.6 was previous offer before $5. brookfield will possibly be eying at $4.6. they will have offer in coming weeks as they announced today. may be next week or so. the takeover happens or not but short term trade has an opportunity to sell above $4. most likely between $4 and $4.6 when the offer will be announced imo.
