Some posters are just delusional. This is bad news. With only one bidder in a slightly down market the offer is likely to reduce. And you can’t ignore that bidders have walked away. One when markets were better. Another after getting complete information.
yes the board can reject the bid, but the price today reflects what ifl is worth with a potential offer to come. Based on no offer on the table and its results, the sp is likely to drop.
