yes so thats where it is without any offer. Market clearly took it negatively. its okay for bidders to walk away. 2.2billion usd they need to arrange so balance sheet and market cap needs to be very strong. with uncertainties credit market is very tight so the bidders needs ro have strong cash position. with cc capital peivate firm and being less known we don’t have enough information for any analyst ti predict. the fact that they will be making offer means they somehow are confident to arrange 2.2bilion in current market conditions. thats what currently matters and as far as the ifl business is concerned 6 weeks won’t be enough for due diligence as it is complicated. if i looked at correctly they may already have 500m cash and with few strategic partners needs to have a capability to meet credit. it is a surprise to me that they are the last man standing wo I believe if they have money won’t let it go. end of the day they are diversifying to Australia with lowest aud currently so it is now or never for them. I actually saw some of the good and sensible posts here whether negative or positive. not so delusional.
