....agree. And if the TO fails then these acquisitions should power growth in IFL once all the synergies have been realised and the new
companies better integrated.
So it seems like a nice short term profit play at a realistic TO price or a decent hold for future growth and FF dividends.
A failed TO should provide a nice further opportunity to top up at prices close to $3.
