Here is my take on it.
If in doubt, zoom out.
Takeover or not, the chart is looking pretty interesting.
- It has bounced off a double, multi-decade bottom.
- We have recently had over a year of consolidation at the bottom.
- The moving averages 20 (pink) and 50 (blue) are both trending upwards.
- The 20 and 50 could cross over, which could spark a multi-year uptrend similar to 2010 to 2020.
Hopefully, the yellow line on the MADC doesn't roll over and cross the red. If it does, it will could correct further, and the uptrend could take longer to form.
