I'm not sure there is a deadline as such. In the recent update they said:
The extended exclusivity period granted to each Bidder (as announced on 17 April 2025) expires atthe close of business on 15th of May 2025.
Insignia Financial remains in discussions with CC Capital, which has advised that it continues toactively work towards making a binding bid for the company over the coming weeks.
