It’s likely that IFL has received the offer and is currently negotiating with CC Capital for a better deal.
I’m really hoping Bain Capital steps back in and pushes the price up a bit. The longer this drags on, the higher the chances that Bain returns and reignites the bidding. I’m betting something will happen by the end of the month—and it’ll most likely be positive!
