100% did. From what I understand a chunk of funding was agreed to AHN by an investor (Chinese) and due to covid the funding was with held which is understandable.
Ed’s error was not having an agreement in writing and only verbally or email form etc. Hence his word was all he could give the warden. Which was one of a few reasons that made Ed not look so good on the stand.
So Yes Covid was a contributing factor.
