There are a few issues when a company is at 0.001

- Everyone is on the sell side, and no one is on the buy side. I held a stock at this, and was in the queue to sell... but orders are only valid for 90 days on the platform i was on, so it would expire before i got a chance to sell

- No repercussion for their actions. The stock cant go lower, so they can do pretty much what they want.

- Raising money dilutes the stock VERY quickly. Lots of us in here got in at what 10-20c. sometimes at 5c...If its trading at 0.001, that means that they need to sell it to someone off-market at 0.0007 or so so that they can make money off it. dilutes the hell out of it very quickly. 1000 dollars at 0.0007... is 1.42M shares

- If shareholders refuse a consolidation, that's ok, they will just sell more off-market stock at 0.0007 until it passes eventually.

- you would need 4000 AUD to get into the top 20 shareholders at 0.0007
