i read the rules to be a little more “expansive”
either way - I think the prospectus is sitting with ASX along with all the other required paperwork waiting ASX tick of approval
which i reckon will be coming shortly - as I mentioned less than 2 weeks ago
I am actually more interested in hearing more about LSE and offtakes
london is the space for this type audacious strategy that WFE are trying to pull off.
ASX for me has in some ways become a bonus
the real meat will be LSE
