    Perhaps they plan to indicate that something advanced is in place (albeit not finalised), and they are confident enough to proceed with the ASX re-lodgment with the knowledge that the offtake agreement is not far away. Many companies out there still without offtake agreements, so this shouldn't be the reason for knockback. IMO
