What an outright ramp with no evidence!!

Without knowing costs it is impossible to say ANY mining/processing operation is going to be profitable at a certain price point.

Companies perform feasibility studies to work out how profitable an operation could be at different price points before proceeding further.

Without working out costs of the operation before declaring something is going to have "very healthy profits", at any price point, is amateur hour at it's best.
