1. Both ASX and NSX follow and enforce rules and Regulations from the Corp Act. Refer to I said to Insaf above.
ASX and NSX do not create their own laws. They apply rules and regulations from the Corp Act!!!
If you are breach and suspended by one - it means you have breached the Corp Act.
The Other Organization will NOT List you, as the company is in breach of the Corp Act from the ASX.
