That right has value but they need to have a successful CR to actually buy their half share and enough $ for the refurb works etc in the independent valuation report whilst risk managing everything during the works process which will take estimated nine months. Exciting if we get there, but not an end game yet.

isnt it smarter to relist before you do a CR and get shareholders signing off on anything, honestly it is a hurdle getting anyone to smile,
