u do make a valid point in that if listing on another exchange was viable why wasnt it attempted earlier? I also ask the question why nsx would have the option of listing on its exchange whilst being suspended. I would naturally assume delist and list. Further the listing criteria also comes to the discretion of the asx beyond the regulations. Technically even if one was in line with regulations the asx still has discretion in the matter.
