The Russian Deputy Minister of Defence was in Burkina Faso last week so you will find this is part of the payment for protection and military equipment.... The Government likely has no legal grounds to take this action but hard to argue as a small ASX company when your asset is part of a protection and defense equipment deal in exchange for mineral wealth as I do not think the West and IGNOs have much sway with the current military backed regime.
