Why not simply pick up the phone to them and ask. I have - and it's reason 2. Lundin Mining's geology team despite their best effort was unable to get the funding from corporate to pursue the JV.
Love the project and it's chances but corporate directed nearly all of the exploration budget to existing Lundin owned mine-expansion.
