I have reported them to the ASX. They have continuous disclosure requirements that they have failed to meet.

My guess is that the Chairman Kevin Landis, the only person left on the board, has bigger issues to deal with at firsthand and doesn't give a f8#k about the ASX or RVS shareholders. I bet SQN would have taken charge of the "strategic process", taken control of the company and they have no obligations to the ASX listing rules. Sad to say but I bet it gets delisted the next cycle around.
