Not if management and directors want to try to take you out at the bottom for a bargain by delisting, and shoving a whole pile of convertibles in front of the equities in the pecking order. They don't really appear to subscribe to the sell high, buy low thing, when it comes to retail shareholders, as that is the sole purview of "the club" IMO.
