    $45M with initial $15M payment. KLL shareholders will be getting nothing. AMN holders getting initial 25%+ dilution and the expense of care & maintenance as well as fixing up the plant. AMN holders better hope that their board knows what it is doing with the processing. This deal could go either way for AMN.
