Cap raise presentation, assuming there is one, may shine a light on their proposed processing strategy. Wouldn’t be surprised if Euroz is involved knowing who owns shares in the company.
Lake Way still not producing??
Given the time and money spent by Kalium trying to get the plant working, the acquisition may or may not be a high risk move by AMN.
Will AMN acquire 100% of the shares in the subsidiary companies with no liability? Will NAIF and the German bank retain an equity interest?
NAIF will be privy to work done by AMN on Mackay.
This sale was achieved far faster than the sale of Lake Way. Hard to know how this reflects on the quality of the acquisition, the bidding or simply lessons learned from the SO4 sale. Was AMN’s the best offer, only offer or a crazy offer?
Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
